Like most women these days, I wear many hats. But four of those hats are the most near and dear to me.

I also manage a Kitchen/Bathroom/Floor Remodeling company, but day jobs are not as fun to talk about!
First and foremost, Jesus has my heart and has held it so preciously in his hands since I was a little girl who put her faith in Him. The journey hasn’t always been a easy, but Jesus is my rock, my foundation, and without Him, I am nothing. My hope and prayer is that as I write for His glory, He would allow my imperfect books to be used for His Kingdom.
My husband, Scott, and I have been married since 1999. Ours was a love story that shouldn’t have lasted… met randomly on the Internet… got married when I was only 18…. had our first baby a year later when I was only 19. But we are both deeply devoted to each other and choose love every day, and I’m SO thankful we get to walk this journey of life together.
We have been blessed with four sweet girls–I used to say “little” girls, but they aren’t so little anymore! *sniffle* They bless me and challenge me on a daily basis, and I am so honored to be able to call myself their mother. I’m also adding the title of “Grandma” in 2022! I’m more than a little excited about that!
With the birth of our fourth child came some new challenges for our family. Annabelle was born with a rare congenital heart defect and spent her first 308 days in the hospital, undergoing multiple open-heart surgeries, including a heart transplant at eight months old. And finally, writer. I’ve always loved to write, but in 2007, God nudged me to jump in with both feet. I spent a few years learning the ropes, but my first novel, Sandwich, with a Side of Romance, was published by Abingdon Press in 2012, followed by three sequel novellas, A Side of Faith, A Side of Hope, and A Side of Love.
Since then, I’ve published The Romance (ish) Novella Series,a spinoff novella Match Me If You Can, and The Engagement Plot, which is soon to be made into a movie, coming 2022!
